Our beautiful new apartments are within walking distance of campus and we have a brand new individual lease building! The individual lease is a great option for an all-inclusive apartment that provides the benefit of cost sharing with a roommate, while only being responsible for your own lease.

These are large 1650 square foot four bedroom, four bathroom units with a large kitchen and living area, with ceramic stove top and stainless steel appliances. The entire apartment is colorfully decorated and fully furnished, to include a washer and dryer. The rent includes all utilities, water, sewer, trash, high-speed internet, and cable TV. Plus, access to all our amenities, such as resort style pool, hot tub, fitness center, large community center with private study rooms and large coffee bar area.
