Meramec Vineyards is located just right up the road from our apartment complex in Rolla, Mo! This vineyard is know for delicious food, wine, and beer! They have a lot of great events throughout the year, but one event you won't want to miss this year is Pups and Pints! Happening every Friday night all summer long, Meramec Vineyards donates a portion of every pint sold to local charities! Read on to learn more about this fun event!
About Meramec Vineyards
In the Ozark Highlands Viticultural Area, an area known for the Concord grape and its Italian roots.From a four year dream, turned reality, Meramec Vineyards Winery has seen a rebirth since the purchase in 2018 by St. James locals Joe & Michelle Boulware.
A renovation of the exterior and interior of the building, also stretched to a renovation of the menu and drink options. From wine to beer, to sangria and moonshine, there is something for everyone here! The welcoming atmosphere makes the perfect place for lunch or dinner, and several event spaces can host small intimate parties to larger parties of 65. The menu is always expanding, and offers everything from appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and more! The back patio area, named Meramec Cove, boasts a tiki bar, stage, fire pit and tons of seating. Outdoor games help to make this area family friendly. Pets are also welcome out on the patio and grounds while leashed.
The Boulwares’ continue to foster a dream to produce the full expression of the grapevine: wine. Their mission is to carry on the tradition of fine, small batched wines, to capture the gift of time and quality with every bottle. A desire to restore the charming character of the winery and transform it into a family destination has finally come to fruition. We welcome you to our area to see what Saint James has to offer!
