BUTTERFLY RELEASE CELEBRATION

Saturday, May 21st, Huffman's Flowers of the Field Garden Center

The Butterfly Release Celebration honors those we love and celebrates life. All proceeds benefit the Phelps Health Foundation Mission Fund, which provides support to the hospice program and patients. Enjoy light refreshments as you view the beautiful butterflies in the garden.


Saturday, May 21st, Public House Brewing Company:  St. James

Join Public House Brewing Company and St. James Winery for an amazing run or walk through the beautiful St. James Winery vineyards and enjoy beer or wine sampling along the way. This event takes place on Saturday, May 21 at 10:00 AM. Race day registration is from 9 – 9:45 AM. Participants must be 21 years old to participate. The race will be chip timed, and the cost is $30, which includes the run, glass, wine & beer samples, and a ticket for a post-race beer or glass of wine.
Awards: Top 3 overall male/female runners will receive a 6-pack or bottle of wine and a special medal.


Saturday, May 21st, Rolla Lions Club Park

The 7th Annual Kids Safety Day is on May 21 from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM at Lions Club Park.

This event is designed to bring helpful safety information not only to the children of our community but also to their parents and caregivers.

There will be emergency vehicles to look at, as well as booths with great safety information and giveaways!


Saturday, May 21st, Meramec Spring Park

Grab your lawn chair or a cozy blanket and head on over to Maramec Spring Park for a truly one-of-a-kind music experience! Witness one of Missouri’s best, The Kay Brothers, perform their signature “Old Time Missouri Stompgrass” in front of the iconic Iron Works blast furnace.
Cost: $20 per car, FREE for season pass holders and those camping in the park campground.
Food and beverage available for purchase!


Thursday, May 26th, Meramec Vineyards

Bring Fido out for a pup-tastic time! Have a pint of beer or sangria between 5-8 pm on the 4th Thursday of the month & Meramec Vineyards Winery will donate $1 to local animal charities! Giveaway items like pint glasses or dog toys will be given at random upon checkout! Dog treats, water bowls & a pet clean up station are available. Stay and socialize with your pups while you have some dinner.


Thursday, May 26th, Public House Brewing Company, St. James

Who you gonna call?
Public House Brewing Company is kicking off the 2022 Beer, Pizza and a Movie in The Gardens series with the fun, Ghostbusters: Afterlife.
When a single mom and her two kids arrive in a small town, they begin to discover their connection to the original Ghostbusters and the secret legacy their grandfather left behind.
Seating is limited so come early and grab some pizza and pints! They will be open late with the kitchen remaining open until 9:30 p.m.
This is a free to attend event and kids are welcome. Please, no outside food or drink is allowed.

Monday, May 30th, Veterans Memorial Park

The Rolla Area Chamber of Commerce would like to invite the community to join them for the 2022 Memorial Day Service that will be held on Monday, May 30, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the Veterans Memorial Park (Southview Drive).

Organizations are encouraged to participate with the service by presenting a memorial wreath during the program. Anyone interested in participating should contact the Rolla Area Chamber of Commerce office at 364-3577 or stevie@rollachamber.org to be placed on the event program.

Attendees are encouraged to bring their own chair for this event as provided seating will be limited.
