The owners Jeff Boyce, Rick Morris, Steve Ehrhardt, and Spike Ehrhardt are known for their exemplary Liberty Park Apartments in St Robert, Missouri.  Fort Wood Hotels by Ehrhardt Properties is another renowned hotel and development company collectively operated by Rick Morris, Steve Ehrhardt, and Spike Ehrhardt. On the contrary, Jeff Boyce is an experienced multi-family developer from Springfield Missouri.   Under the banner of such well-reputed names, Lodges at Rolla is a project that has garnered trust and repute within a short timeframe.   Constructed in 2017, the Lodges at Rolla is a premium apartment complex in the Rolla market.
